Asseco Dynamic Route Optimization

Purpose: AI-driven route planning for FMCG field sales teams that plans entire sales cycles rather than daily routes.
Service Ratio: The product reports typical Service Ratio improvement from 58% to 71%.
Cycle planning: The AI engine plans an entire month as one problem while minimizing travel time and respecting labor law and customer hours.
Priority triggers: Promotions, out-of-stock risks, Perfect Store score drops and share-of-shelf decline can dynamically change visit priority.
What-if simulations: Named, persistent what-if simulations let users test scenarios and compare them using KPIs.
Explainability: When a visit cannot fit, the system provides reason codes such as labor-law limits, unavailable windows or excessive distance.
Integrations: DRO connects to CRM, SFA or ERP systems through a standard REST API, including Salesforce, Veeva and SAP.
Standalone deployment: DRO can run standalone without Mobile Touch or the full Asseco Platform.
Offline operation: The Mobile Touch field view works offline.
Deployment time: Standalone deployment is stated as 4–8 weeks from data integration to the first optimized cycle.
Implementation support: Asseco states that 160+ implementation specialists with 30+ years of FMCG expertise support deployments.
Security certification: Asseco Business Solutions holds ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification covering its FMCG solutions.
