Birdog

Product: Birdog provides construction scheduling and communication workflow automation, including AI-assisted texts and automated calls to project participants.
CPM scheduling: Its Gantt schedule calculates dependencies, float, and the critical path.
Automated follow-ups: Publishing a schedule queues reminders for tasks assigned to subcontractors, and follow-ups continue while work is underway.
Plain-language replies: Birdog says its AI reads subcontractor replies in English and Spanish, including questions and reported delays.
Schedule changes: A delay can create a proposed schedule change for the contractor to approve or reject; the downstream schedule recalculates after approval.
Daily digest: The app provides a 6 AM digest summarizing confirmations, work in progress, schedule changes, and upcoming tasks.
Intended users: Birdog says it was built by contractors and is designed for builders, superintendents, and project managers coordinating subcontractors.
Subcontractor access: Subcontractors can respond by text without installing an app or creating a login.
AI controls: Birdog says proposed schedule changes from replies or calls require contractor review and approval, and its in-app help assistant cannot view or change projects, schedules, or accounts.
Data security: Birdog says it uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect personal information, while noting that no system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Support: The company lists [email protected] for questions and support requests.
Trial terms: The terms say new customers may be offered a 30-day trial with one project license, require a payment method, and convert automatically to a paid monthly subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.
Notable limit: The terms state that Birdog does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Headquarters: Provo, Utah, United States
Price from: $150/mo
