Boon

Product: Boon is a referral hiring platform that connects companies with candidates through employee and external networks.
AI matching: Its AI recommendation engine matches candidates to jobs and surfaces candidates based on their experience.
Referral automation: Boon automates referral tracking, communications, and payments for existing referral programs.
Rewards: Companies can offer cash, gift cards, experiences, or custom badges, and tailor rewards by role, team, or job.
Referral access: Referrers can submit candidates through instant referral links, a referral widget, job listings, or social sharing; instant links require no login.
Integrations: Boon says it offers 50+ integrations, including ATS, HRIS, payroll, SSO, and communication tools such as Workday, Greenhouse, Slack, and Microsoft Teams.
Integration fallback: Boon says its integration-less data sync technology can connect to existing hiring solutions without a direct integration.
Security: Boon says data in transit uses TLS 1.2/1.3 and data at rest uses AES-256 encryption.
Data limits: Boon says it does not handle confidential employee data or PHI and collects only names, email addresses, and optionally phone numbers for employees.
Security review: Boon says third-party security experts have evaluated it, including a penetration test by Security ScoreCard, and identified vulnerabilities were addressed.
Support: Trial customers receive standard email support with responses within 48 hours on business days; premium support options are available with a paid subscription.
Trial scope: The 30-day trial includes standard platform features, while custom integrations, advanced configuration, and premium support are excluded unless separately agreed in writing.
Trial billing: A valid payment method is required for the trial, and the account automatically renews into the quoted plan unless canceled at least 48 hours before the trial ends.
Pricing terms: Boon says it offers flexible terms and does not require customers to be locked into an annual contract; prices are not listed on the opened maker pages.
