The record

Purpose: ClearPath Scholarship is a complete scholarship administration platform covering applications, eligibility, awards, and disbursements.
Application portal: The family application portal runs bilingually in English and Spanish, including applications, receipts, and award letters.
Income verification: The platform applies a 300% area-median-income threshold based on each applicant’s county or metropolitan geography.
Verification integrations: Families can connect payroll or bank records through providers such as Plaid, Argyle, or Pinwheel, or upload documents.
Award scoring: ClearPath includes a versioned weighted scoring rubric, change log, score-to-award bands, and a review console with bulk screening and multi-reviewer sign-off.
Priority rules: Household grouping automatically enforces returning-student and sibling priority requirements.
Disbursement: Scholarship funds are paid directly to schools, supplies can be ordered through the SGO’s Amazon Business account via PunchOut, and checks can be issued to providers.
Platform connections: ClearPath Scholarship connects with ClearPath Shield, Insights, Launch, Managed, and Donors.
Audit controls: The platform provides tamper-evident hash-chained audit logs, one-click evidence packages, anonymized board voting, conflict-of-interest enforcement, and dual-control disbursements.
Multi-state operation: A multistate SGO can use one entity with segregated state accounts, state-routed applications, per-state committees, and per-account 90/10 enforcement.
Support: SGO Guide says consultation submissions receive a response within one business day and working sessions typically last 45–60 minutes.
Security reporting: SGO Guide acknowledges vulnerability reports within two business days and does not operate a paid bounty program.
