The record

What it does: CX Impact is a portable skill for AI agents that turns supplied documents, process descriptions, and numbers into visual maps.
Map types: It creates customer journey maps, service blueprints, process maps, AS IS / TO BE comparisons, and sales funnels.
Audience: The maker identifies product managers, analysts, designers, and service teams as its intended users.
Outputs: Results include interactive HTML, editable JSON, and a source snapshot; the viewer exports SVG, and funnels also export CSV.
Sharing: Generated HTML opens without a server or CX Impact account.
Integrations: Installation is documented for Codex, Claude Code, OpenCode, and DeepSeek Harness.
Requirements: The renderer needs Node.js 18+; the maker lists Node.js 22.20+, npm, and internet access for its verified Skills CLI installer.
Security and data: Map creation happens in the user’s agent environment with the selected model provider, and generated HTML makes no network requests of its own.
Evidence handling: Requirements, observations, hypotheses, and open questions remain distinct, and users are advised to review sources and unknowns.
Funnel limits: A quantitative funnel requires user-supplied data and metric definitions; missing values remain unknown.
Editing: The viewer has no visual editor; users can revise results by providing the previous JSON and new information to the agent.
Testing scope: The maker reports Codex installation and renderer testing, while noting no model-driven end-to-end test for Claude Code or OpenCode and no harness execution test for DeepSeek Harness.
Support: The maker links to GitHub documentation, releases, and an issue reporting page.
