The record

Product: Drag is an AI-powered shared inbox for Gmail teams, usable inside Gmail or in the Drag web app.
Team workflow: Shared inboxes use boards, assignments, notes, shared drafts, and collision detection to help teams work on customer email together.
AI: Varley provides Copilot, Agents, Intelligence, and email assists; AI features are included in Plus and Pro, while Starter can add AI credits.
Channels: Drag supports email, WhatsApp, live chat in early access, and a help center in one queue.
Integrations: Drag connects natively with Google Workspace services and WhatsApp, supports 5,000+ apps through Zapier, and offers a REST API and MCP server.
Security: Drag says it is GDPR compliant and CASA Tier 2 certified, encrypts application communications with TLS 1.2 and data at rest with AES-256, and does not store email content.
Security architecture: Drag says shared inbox emails are not duplicated across individual inboxes and that access can be revoked when a teammate leaves.
Support: Plans include a help center and live chat; Plus adds onboarding and setup help, while Pro adds priority support.
Plan limits: All plans allow unlimited users with no seat minimum; Starter has up to 10 automation rules and a 3-month reporting window, compared with unlimited rules and 6 months on Plus and 12 months on Pro.
Who it serves: Drag describes its target users as teams of up to 200 people working in Gmail and Google Workspace, including support, sales, operations, IT, and HR teams.
Platforms: Drag lists a Chrome extension, web app, desktop app, iOS and Android apps, REST API, and MCP server.
Trial: The 7-day free trial includes every Pro feature and requires no credit card.
