The record

Purpose: DUEX reviews B2B SaaS deal decisions such as discount requests, contract extensions, walk-aways, and late-stage exceptions, then returns an approval memo.
Memo contents: A memo includes a recommendation, confidence, key risks, the case against the recommendation, and a saved decision record.
Review process: Several independent reviewers assess different deal angles, and two separate reviewers double-check the math and claims before the memo is shown.
Input methods: Users can paste deal notes, fill out a form, or answer questions from DUEX.
Review time: DUEX says a review usually produces a memo in about two to three minutes.
Human decision making: DUEX provides a recommendation and record; people at the customer organization still approve, reject, or escalate the decision.
Integrations: Slack reviews are described as coming soon; the site says DUEX works in a browser today and requires no installation.
AI data use: DUEX says pilot data is not used to train shared models that serve other companies.
Data retention: Pilot data is deleted from active systems within 30 days after the pilot ends or a written request, whichever comes first, subject to stated exceptions and backup cycles.
Security status: DUEX says it has not completed SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification and does not currently claim HIPAA compliance.
Infrastructure: DUEX says its application and pilot database are hosted by Railway in a single US region, confirmed before each pilot, and database data is encrypted at rest using AES-256.
Support: The maker invites teams to contact DUEX to arrange setup for real-deal reviews and enterprise requirements.
Maker: DUEX is an early-stage product operated by Arvinder Singh from Toronto, Canada.
Headquarters: Toronto, Canada
