The record

Product: Evermii is an AI companion designed to remember what users tell it across conversations.
Personalization: Users choose a companion and define its relationship to them, such as a best friend, older brother, or mentor.
Adult audience: Evermii is for people aged 18 or older.
Not healthcare: Evermii says it is not a medical device, mental health service, crisis line, or substitute for professional care.
Memory controls: Users can turn memory off in settings, and existing memories remain until deleted.
Account deletion: Deleting an account from settings removes the companion, conversations, memories, and settings immediately; encrypted backups may retain deleted content for up to 30 days.
AI provider: Evermii sends messages, relevant memories, and companion personality to OpenAI to generate replies.
Data location: Evermii says it runs on Amazon Web Services in the United States and processes data there, including for users outside the US.
Privacy: Evermii says it does not train models on conversations or memories, sell user data, or use conversations for advertising.
Security: Evermii says traffic uses TLS, database volumes and backups are encrypted at rest, and the database is not reachable from the internet.
Third parties: Evermii identifies OpenAI as the only third party receiving conversation content and Resend as the service receiving email addresses for verification and password resets.
Support contact: Evermii is operated by JD Lumen, and lists [email protected] as its contact address.
Availability: Evermii describes itself as early software that may be unavailable at times and whose features may change.
