Purpose: EvidenceGrid AI automates paper screening, data extraction, and conflict resolution for systematic reviews.
Literature search: The search panel queries PubMed, OpenAlex, arXiv, Europe PMC, and CORE simultaneously.
Screening: AI pre-screens papers against review criteria and flags borderline cases for human review.
Reliability: The platform calculates kappa scores automatically during screening.
PDF review: Reviewers can upload PDFs or have the platform fetch open-access versions, then annotate papers in the built-in PDF reader.
Data extraction: Reviewers define custom extraction fields, and AI extracts values from full text for reviewers to approve or edit.
Audit trail: Extraction decisions are timestamped and attributed, and exports include approval audit trails.
Exports: Evidence grids can be exported to Excel, CSV, or structured JSON with PRISMA flow counts.
Methodology: The systematic review guide says its workflow aligns with PRISMA 2020 and Cochrane standards.
Support: The feedback page lets users send a message for support and directs suspended account holders to its Contact tab.
Intended users: The product is presented as a tool for research teams conducting systematic literature reviews.
Team and access: The platform supports inviting co-reviewers with role-based access and shared annotations.
