Evite
Evite is an online invitation and event-planning platform for coordinating gatherings. Hosts can customize digital invitations, send them by email, text, or link, track RSVPs, message guests, and schedule automatic reminders. Free Event Pages provide textable invitations for casual events, and both hosts and guests can create or respond in a browser without downloading an app. Pages can include sign-up sheets for guests to claim items or tasks, such as bringing food or taking a volunteer slot. Evite also offers a free planning tool for items to bring and volunteer arrival times, plus digital greeting cards that can be scheduled or sent immediately by text or email. Hosts may upload their own invitation designs, and Evite says its Canva app can send a design directly to Evite. Premium invitations are ad-free and include a matching envelope, stamps, and additional photo and text cards; prices vary with guest-list size. Single-event packages range from Silver at 17.99 USD per month for 12 guests to Diamond at 99.99 USD per month for 750 guests. Evite Pro costs 249.99 USD per year and allows up to 2,500 guests per invitation. Mobile apps are available for iOS and Android.
