FreePrints Photo Books is an Android and iOS app for making personalized photo books from pictures on a phone or tablet. Each calendar month, users can order one standard softcover book with up to 20 pages at no book charge; a flat $7.99 shipping charge applies per order. The standard softcover comes in 5x7 or 6x6 sizes, and books can contain up to 160 pages. Premium hardcover and deluxe hardcover options are also available, with layflat pages offered for deluxe books up to 90 pages. App layouts support up to six photos per page, with standard and full-bleed page choices. The company says its books are printed and bound in the United States. Its FAQ gives typical delivery as 8–10 days, or 6–8 days with expedited shipping, and says photo books ship only to U.S. addresses. Account tools can preview, track, edit, update delivery details, change quantity, cancel, add a gift message, view invoices, and reorder, depending on order progress. The company says it provides a complete refund if a customer is not pleased with a book and offers in-app chat support 24 hours a day.
