Gravity

Product: Gravity is an AI agent for website visitors that answers questions, qualifies leads, and books meetings on a calendar.
Knowledge base: Gravity crawls a website, extracts its content, organizes it into categories, and lets users refresh it when the site changes.
Conversation design: Its visual scenario builder has 10 block types, supports 11 languages, and includes a live conversation test.
CRM: Gravity can manage contacts and companies, update custom fields, and move prospects through configurable pipeline stages.
Human handoff: Teams can take over an AI conversation in one click, and Gravity logs conversation messages and token usage.
Appointments: Gravity checks team availability and books timezone-aware appointment slots with protection against double bookings.
Multiple agents: A workspace can have multiple agents with independently scoped knowledge bases, personas, languages, and escalation rules, sharing one inbox.
Safety controls: The product offers topic boundaries, escalation thresholds, allowed-source controls, brand voice rules, and an audit log.
Hosting and data: Gravity says it is hosted in the EU on AWS Frankfurt, limits access to the founder team, and uses no third-party processors beyond its LLM and email providers.
Training data: Gravity says conversations are not used to train models during the pilot and are logged for customer review.
Pilot onboarding: The pilot includes personal onboarding and setup, weekly iteration, conversation review, and a direct line to the founding team.
Pilot installation: The pilot widget is installed via a tag manager on one high-intent page, and the customer connects a calendar.
Intended users: The Live Traffic Pilot is described as best for teams with steady inbound traffic; Build Partner is for earlier-stage teams or lower-traffic sites.
Maker: The site says Gravity is made in Lille by Neural Renegades.
