The record

Purpose: Employee Offboarding orchestrates the employee departure process by creating linked IT and HR tasks and tracking them to completion.
Automatic trigger: The workflow starts when an upcoming employment end date is detected in HiBob, Workday, or BambooHR; the default lead time is 14 days and can be configured.
Tasks covered: Example tasks include account termination, VPN removal, asset return, factory reset, ownership transfer, physical access removal, exit interview, final payroll, and benefits termination.
Configurable workflow: Admins can enable or disable child tickets, change their desk and priority, and set their timing relative to the termination date.
Completion tracking: Harmony monitors linked ticket status and notifies the manager when all configured tasks are resolved.
Workflow type: The product page describes Employee Offboarding as a scheduled workflow that runs automatically, rather than an interactive chatbot.
Integrations: The workflow page names HiBob, Workday, and BambooHR as HRIS triggers and Slack/Teams as notification channels.
Target users: It is for IT and HR teams coordinating departure tasks across departments before an employee’s last day.
Pricing: Harmony says it has no generic list price and scopes quotes to the customer’s deployment.
Security controls: Harmony describes policy guardrails, named human approval for sensitive actions, deterministic automation flows, least-privilege integration access, and per-run audit logs.
AI data use: Harmony says customer data is not used to train AI models and that its models run on AWS in its own account.
Compliance: Harmony’s Trust Center lists SOC 2 Type II, SOC 1 Type II, ISO/IEC 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, and other frameworks; reports are available by request, with some under NDA.
Company: Harmony’s About page lists offices in Tel Aviv and New York.
Ticket orchestration: Harmony creates a parent offboarding ticket and linked IT and HR child tickets, then monitors them until all are resolved.
