The record

Product: HeyNews is a voice-trained newsletter platform that learns from past newsletters, curates stories, and generates publish-ready issues.
Voice training: It learns phrasing, tone, and structure from past issues, and Style Rules preserve preferences across drafts.
Source curation: It monitors sources including RSS feeds, Reddit, blogs, social media, sites, subreddits, and YouTube channels, then scores stories for relevance.
Draft editing: Users can draft a full issue or individual sections, set a Draft Brief, request rewrites or subject lines, and search for images in the editor.
Automations: Scheduled automations can create drafts on issue days or up to six days beforehand, and drafts wait for user review.
Sending limit: HeyNews does not schedule or send newsletters; with a paid beehiiv plan and approved access it can create unsent post drafts in beehiiv.
Integrations: Direct connections include beehiiv and Kit; Substack, Buttondown, Ghost, Mailchimp, Medium, and other public archives can be imported by archive URL.
Engagement data: With beehiiv or Kit connected, Analytics shows opens and clicks and HeyNews uses them to rank stories and suggest subject lines.
Trial terms: The trial ends after 14 days or five generated issues, whichever comes first; the card is charged on day 14 unless the user cancels.
Usage limits: Each generated newsletter draft counts as one issue, deleting a draft does not restore that issue, and issue allowances reset monthly even on annual billing.
Support: HeyNews lists [email protected] for product help and offers priority support on the Pro plan.
Who it serves: HeyNews offers a self-serve product for creators and publishers, plus custom-scoped newsletter services for creators and company teams.
Company location: The team works from İzmir, Türkiye, and HeyNews LLC is registered in Wyoming, United States.
