The record

Purpose: IINACT is a Dalamud plugin that runs FFXIV_ACT_Plugin in an ACT-like environment for Final Fantasy XIV.
Open source: The maker’s site describes IINACT as fully open source.
Platforms: IINACT runs wherever Dalamud does, including Windows, macOS, Linux, and Steam Deck.
Overlay compatibility: IINACT works with existing FFXIV_ACT_Plugin and OverlayPlugin tooling, including FFLogs and community-made browser overlays.
Overlay requirement: IINACT is a standalone parser and does not render overlays itself; users need a separate overlay application.
Overlay choices: The installation page names BunnyHUD for macOS, HUDKit for Linux, and Browsingway for Windows as overlay applications.
Overlay proxy: IINACT operates an HTTP proxy for select overlays to allow local WebSocket use in browsers that do not support mixing HTTPS and WS.
Data source: The repository says IINACT uses Unscrambler and does not require extra injection with Deucalion or network capture with elevated privileges.
Installation: IINACT is installed as a third-party Dalamud plugin by adding its plugin repository and enabling it in the Plugin Installer.
Updates: The maker’s homepage says IINACT updates automatically.
Logs and FFLogs: The repository says IINACT logs are saved in the Documents folder and are compatible with the FFLogs Uploader.
Support: The repository directs users to GitHub Issues or Discord for support and says official Dalamud support channels do not support third-party plugins.
License: The GitHub repository lists the project under the GPL-3.0 license.
Maker details: The pages reviewed identify the project and its GitHub maintainer account but do not state a maker organization, headquarters, or founding date.
