Dashboards: The reporting platform provides configurable dashboards with graphics, numeric summaries and feedback measures.
Exports: Users can export analysis pages or location reports to spreadsheets or PDF; the platform page also lists CSV and PDF exports.

Security and confidentiality: KPI says it can sign NDAs where required and configure tiered, role-based platform permissions down to individual users.
Privacy: KPI says it handles personal information under Australia's Privacy Act 1988 and Australian Privacy Principles, and that some service providers may process information overseas.
Support: The contact page says most enquiries receive a reply within one business day; complimentary shop requests may be accepted or declined based on practicality and feasibility.
Pricing limits: Published ranges are historical invoiced ranges rather than quotes; actual fees depend on visit volume, survey depth, location, visit duration and measured channels, and purchase allowances may be added.

Intended customers: The company describes its work for customer-facing businesses and names retail, cafes, accommodation, restaurants, fast food, real estate, government and multi-brand retail networks among the sectors it covers.
