The record

Purpose: LuckPerms is a permissions plugin for Minecraft servers that lets admins control player access by creating groups and assigning permissions.
Configuration: Permissions can be set up using commands, configuration files, or a web editor.
Server platforms: The project provides implementations for Bukkit, BungeeCord, Fabric, Forge, Nukkit, Sponge, and Velocity.
Storage: LuckPerms supports multiple data storage options, including MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB for multi-server networks.
Network sync: When network instances share a supported storage system, permission data can sync between servers and propagate across the network.
Integrations: LuckPerms documents placeholder integrations for PlaceholderAPI, MVdWPlaceholderAPI, and Fabric PlaceholderAPI.
Developer API: Its public, semantically versioned API is provided by the plugin for other plugins to integrate with and retrieve data from LuckPerms.
Standalone and REST API: LuckPerms can run as a standalone app, and its REST API extension lets other programs read, modify, and write LuckPerms data without accessing the database directly.
Data practices: The project says it does not report to analytics or monitoring services and does not automatically check for or install updates.
External connections: LuckPerms downloads required libraries and translation bundles over the internet and sends data to external services for features such as the web editor.
Minecraft versions: The FAQ says LuckPerms supports Minecraft versions from 1.8.8 through the latest release.
Support: Project support is provided on Discord, and bug reports are handled on GitHub.
