The record

Purpose: Lysto is a Player Experience Platform that turns real player feedback into player-experience insights for game studios.

Study formats: Lysto offers concept tests, single-session playtests, multi-session playtests and longitudinal studies.

Security: The security page states that builds are protected in transit with TLS 1.2+ and remain access-restricted and encrypted throughout their lifecycle.
NDA and identity controls: Participants must sign legally binding NDAs, pass screening and have sessions linked to device IDs and session metadata.

Mobile requirements: Android builds can be uploaded as-is without SDK or code changes, while iOS testing uses live App Store builds.
Desktop limitation: The Player Experience Platform is available only on laptop or desktop devices and must remain full-screen.
Google integration: With explicit authorization, Lysto can access Google Workspace data including Calendar events, Drive files and Gmail messages to provide requested functionality.
