Ministry Scheduler Pro helps churches coordinate volunteers for ministries such as lector, Communion minister, and server roles. Its Auto Scheduler can take availability, family preferences, rotations, skills, serving frequency, and team assignments into account. Volunteers can check their schedules, claim open positions, seek substitutes, and update future availability online. Communication tools cover targeted email and text announcements, polls and RSVPs, plus automatic assignment and substitution notifications. Volunteers can add serving schedules to Google, iCal, or Microsoft Outlook calendars. The product is available on Android, iOS, macOS, web, and Windows, and API access can connect MSP data with other applications, including custom church management integrations. It is a paid product with a 30-day free trial that does not require a credit card; trial access limits customization of volunteer-facing online features. Texts cost $0.02 per message sent or received, with messaging available in the U.S. and Canada. The maker also describes unlimited administrator support by phone and email, online resources, and live training webinars.
