The record

Purpose: MyUCD gives church members access to an online directory, family search, events, and push notifications.
Audience: The app is designed for churches and their members, and the church controls who can access the app and its content.
Member sign-in: When the online directory is published, members in the directory receive a login code.
Directory views: Members can browse an alphabetized, searchable family list or a scrollable family photo list.
Contact details: Directory listings can include family photos, names, optional addresses and phone numbers, and a required family email address.
Administrator tools: Church administrators can add or edit family information, send push notifications and emails, and create groups for targeted notifications.
Directory size: The online directory supports unlimited families, and the page says there are no hidden charges for large directories.
Access control: Administrators can disable a family’s directory access, after which the app deletes online directory information the next time that family opens it.
Integrations: Administrators can add custom buttons linking to church websites, social media, calendars, online giving, video services, and other online tools.
Platforms: The app is described as compatible with phones and tablets running iOS or Android, and the page also refers to using it on a computer.
Data handling: Family images and information are downloaded to the app once and downloaded again only when they change, which the maker says minimizes phone data usage.
