The record

Purpose: nursery.click is a nursery management platform for UK early years settings.
Funding: It automates DfE-aligned 15- and 30-hour entitlements, allocation, burn-down tracking, and funding stretched across 52 weeks.
Invoicing: Invoices can be generated from attendance with funding deductions, proforma estimates, and invoice voids that reverse funding usage.
AI features: AI features can draft EYFS observations from photos, create diary notes, analyse artwork, and answer staff questions.
Bookings: The booking system supports recurring contracts, one-off sessions, custom sessions, and capacity management.
Payments integration: Online payments are powered by Stripe and support cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and direct debit.
Parent app: Parents can view bookings, invoices, diary updates, EYFS observations, and message nursery staff through the parent app.
Privacy: The privacy policy says payment card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored on nursery.click servers.
Security: The privacy policy describes TLS/HTTPS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, role-based access controls, and tenant isolation.
Data location: The privacy policy says data is processed and stored in the UK and European Economic Area; the parent app page specifies AWS London (eu-west-2).
AI data handling: The terms say AI features use Amazon Bedrock, customer data is not used to train models, and AI features can be disabled in platform settings.
AI review: The terms say AI-generated content is a drafting aid that qualified staff must review and approve before use.
Support: The terms say reasonable technical support is available by email on business days, with level and channel varying by subscription plan.
Notable limitation: The terms say the service targets 99.5% monthly availability, excluding scheduled maintenance, and describe that target as not a guarantee.
