The record

Purpose: OLM is gym management software built for martial arts academies, including BJJ, judo, muay thai, MMA, karate and kickboxing.
Check-in: It supports kiosk and QR-code check-ins with a live attendance feed.
Rank tracking: Members can have separate rank records for multiple disciplines, and belt lineage can travel with them between OLM gyms.
AI features: AI Monitor flags members whose attendance is dropping roughly 14 days before they stop coming and provides growth and retention summaries.
Billing integration: OLM uses Stripe Connect Standard so each gym connects its own Stripe account and receives member payments directly.
Other integrations: OLM lists Stripe, Resend, SendGrid, S3 and Clerk in its integrations comparison.
Member app: The white-labeled member app is available on iOS and Android and supports check-in, schedules, waiver signing and subscription self-service.
Waiver security: OLM says signed waiver PDFs are SHA-256 hashed, IP-verified and audit-locked.
Payment data: OLM says Stripe processing fees go directly to the gym's connected Stripe account, and that OLM cannot see card data.
Support: The pricing page includes priority support, and the contact page says the founder reads messages and usually replies the same business day.
Setup limit: The pricing page charges $499 once for done-for-you setup, with the fee waived if the gym is not live within 14 days of the onboarding call.
Intended customers: OLM describes itself as purpose-built for martial arts gyms and says yoga or pilates studios may be better served by Mindbody or Glofox.
