The record

Purpose: Ootake is an emulator for the PC Engine (TurboGrafx-16).

Input: Ootake supports Windows gamepads, including assigning an additional gamepad as Player 1.
Display options: Version 3.06 added an Arcade0 Stretched screen mode with dot-by-dot rendering for 256-pixel horizontal mode.
Flashing effects: The readme says options to weaken intense flashing in Salamander and Necros no Yousai are enabled by default, and advises users sensitive to flashing to take precautions.
Operating system: The readme lists Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 10, and 11 in 32-bit or 64-bit as system requirements; Windows 98 and Me are unsupported.
