OpenFundraise

Purpose: OpenFundraise describes itself as a fundraising platform built for nonprofits.
Donation forms: Teams can use hosted checkout or add donation buttons to an existing website without rebuilding it.
Fundraising channels: The platform supports donations online, over SMS, and in person through one system.
Attribution: OpenFundraise traces completed gifts to sources including email, SMS, referral links, paid traffic, and donor-facing pages.
AI features: The site says its AI analyzes donor signals and campaign data to support ask amounts, recurring upgrades, donation recovery, and donor follow-up.
Payment integrations: Nonprofits can connect their own Stripe account or use PayPal through OpenFundraise's approved partner integration.
Other integrations: The privacy policy names Stripe, PayPal, Square, Twilio, Constant Contact, Bloomerang, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Meta as services that may receive information when a nonprofit enables an integration.
Recurring gifts: The donor portal handles receipts, recurring plans, payment-method changes, pauses, and cancellations.
Payment data: OpenFundraise says connected payment providers process payments and that the platform does not store raw payment-card numbers in its ordinary platform flow.
Security: The privacy policy says safeguards include access controls, authentication, monitoring, and tokenized payment integrations, while noting that absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Data sharing: OpenFundraise says it does not independently sell donor personal information for money, though a nonprofit-enabled advertising or analytics integration may receive limited event information.
Support: Product and account support is available through a monitored support inbox at [email protected].
Intended users: The site presents OpenFundraise as a platform for nonprofit fundraising teams.
