The record

Purpose: OPPI is an AI decision intelligence and operations platform for hospitality venues that learns how a venue runs and acts on labour, inventory, compliance and service.
Demand forecasting: It models venue trading history alongside weather, local events, road traffic and calendars, and recalculates demand every 15 minutes.
Operations: OPPI supports labour planning, inventory and reordering, task management, compliance, and venue SOPs and checklists.
Approval controls: OPPI proposes actions for approval, and says nothing changes in connected systems without the user's approval.
Integrations: Connected integrations listed include Square, Lightspeed Restaurant K-Series, Deputy, Tanda timesheets, Google Drive, Notion and OPPI Tether; Toast, Clover and TouchBistro are listed as in build.
Integration limits: Accounting integrations are designed but not shipped, and Tanda roster and staff sync are still in build.
Data security: The security page states that data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.3, with venue data logically isolated.
Data residency: Primary database infrastructure is hosted in Singapore on AWS ap-southeast-1, while application hosting and AI processing may use additional regions.
AI providers: AI tasks may be routed to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and Perplexity under data processing agreements, and the maker says venue data is not used to train provider models.
Deletion: The maker says requested data deletion, including backups, is completed within 30 days.
Compliance: The security page lists GDPR and APP compliance and says ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II are planned.
Support and onboarding: Onboarding is self-serve, with setup help available on request.
Availability: OPPI is described as still in beta, with a waitlist and design partner applications.
Audience: OPPI is built for hospitality venues, and the maker says one venue is enough to get started.
