The record

Product: PhotoProofPro is an online proofing system for photographers to deliver password-protected galleries to clients.
Client management: Photographers can record clients, shoots, and orders, and see when clients view proofs or share a page.
Branded galleries: Clients log in to individual pages using a passcode provided by the photographer, and the pages can reflect the studio's look and feel.
Mobile access: The client proofing pages are designed to work on smartphones and tablets.
Proof feedback: Clients can select favorites and share proofs for feedback, while comments and user ratings can be configured per gallery and are optional.
Orders: Clients can place an order after making selections, and the photographer receives an email with the selections and any special instructions.
Languages: The client interface is available in several languages, and PhotoProofPro says it can add an unsupported language upon request.
Payment data: PhotoProofPro says payment transaction information is not stored in its databases and relies on Recurly, described as PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant, to store payment data.
Security: The privacy policy describes use of firewalls, SSL encryption, system redundancies, and a PCI-compliant third party for financial information, while stating that security cannot be guaranteed.
Data retention: The privacy policy says inactive accounts without an active paid subscription may have uploaded photos and gallery data removed after notice and a reasonable window to preserve the data.
Order fulfillment limit: PhotoProofPro says it does not produce prints, provide high-resolution downloads, collect fees for members, or fulfill orders; fulfillment is the member's responsibility.
Support: The terms say PhotoProofPro may provide support at its discretion but is not obligated to do so.
