Pricekeel

Core function: Pricekeel reads closed won-and-lost Salesforce Opportunities, recommends a guardrail for live deals, and records decisions with evidence Finance can audit.
Best fit: The stated best fit is Salesforce organizations with 500 or more closed opportunities per year, a documented discount policy, and an owner for it.
Target customers: Pricekeel targets RevOps, Deal Desk and Pricing teams at $20–100M ARR B2B SaaS companies, with CFO and Finance as buyers.
Workflow: The product maps Salesforce Opportunity, Account, product, price and outcome fields without requiring reps to re-enter deal data.
Decision controls: Deal Desk can accept a recommendation or request an override with a reason, while the recommendation, evidence, actor and reason remain together in an audit trail.
Salesforce writeback: Optional writeback creates a Salesforce Task only and never edits Opportunity fields.
Data boundary: True margin requires billing or ERP cost data, and application-level recommendations require product telemetry; Pricekeel does not infer either from CRM fields alone.
Competitor Watch: The Competitor Watch feature fetches and analyzes competitor pricing URLs, honors robots.txt, and caches fetched content for no more than one hour.
Data retention: Row-level diagnostic deal data and live Salesforce Opportunity rows are processed in memory and are not persisted in the Pricekeel database.
AI data handling: The cloud LLM receives aggregate figures, column headers, uploaded document chunks, questions and submitted public pricing-page text, but never row-level deal data.
Security posture: Pricekeel enforces TLS 1.2+, uses AES-256 at-rest database encryption, and encrypts Salesforce tokens with AES-256-GCM.
Compliance: Pricekeel states that GDPR and UK GDPR rights are honored, CCPA/CPRA personal information is not sold or shared, and SOC 2 certification is not yet complete.
Support: Contact requests go directly to Adhithya and the site says to expect a reply within one business day.
