The record

Purpose: Randovania randomizes supported games while aiming to keep them completable without glitches or exploits.
Item randomization: It can shuffle weapons, keys, and other items among game locations.
Multiworld: Multiworld sessions can shuffle items across multiple games and players, including sessions played alone.
Other randomization: It can randomize area connections, travel requirements, starting equipment, and starting location.
Supported game requirements: The Metroid Prime page requires a GameCube game ISO and either a modded Wii or Dolphin Emulator.
Multiworld account requirement: Using Multiworld functionality requires a Discord account.
Multiworld integrations: The project credits Dolphin and Nintendont integrations for the Prime games, and lists integrations for Cave Story, Metroid Dread, AM2R, and Samus Returns.
Session size: There are no hard player or world limits, but the project says sessions above 30 players or worlds have had little testing.
Reconnect behavior: If disconnected from its server, Randovania retains collected-item information and sends it when the connection returns, including after a restart.
Game file limitation: Randovania only supports unmodified game files; Prime and Prime 2 require uncompressed GameCube ISO files.
Project and audience: The makers describe themselves as community members building open-source randomizer tools for the community, with a focus on ease of starting, choosing settings, and setting up Multiworld.
Support: The project directs users planning larger Multiworld sessions to contact the community on Discord.
