The record

Purpose: Recruiting Buddy provides managed AI screening workflows for staffing and recruiting teams, with candidate review, screening, and recruiter handoff.
Resume scoring: It analyzes readable resumes against job-specific requirements and provides a 0–100 score with a written rationale.
Voice screening: The configured AI agent can call eligible candidates during permitted local hours, ask job-specific questions, and follow up on answers.
Recruiter review: Completed screens can include outcomes, transcripts, audio, scores, key moments, and a recommendation for recruiter review.
Candidate intake: Resume upload, CSV import, and manual entry are built in; forwarded email and browser capture require managed setup.
ATS and API limits: Native ATS or API work is assessed separately, and the product says it is not a universal live integration.
Calendar integrations: The product page names Microsoft 365/Outlook Calendar, Google Calendar, and Microsoft Teams for scheduling and video interview links.
Chrome extension: Recruiting Buddy offers a Chrome extension for screening, scoring, and messaging inside select ATS platforms, with more available on request.
Security: The security page describes database-enforced row-level security, organization-scoped access, encrypted transport, and managed storage controls.
Consent controls: The security page says customer consent documentation is a launch gate and describes opt-out checks and configured calling windows.
Support: Managed Pilot includes managed onboarding and weekly review; support terms for expansion are defined in the order form.
Pricing limits: The company says it has no open self-service checkout and documents volume, support, provider usage, safety caps, and overage policy before activation.
Intended users: The product is described as serving staffing agencies and in-house recruiting teams.
