The record

Purpose: Restory uses AI to restore, enhance, and repair old or damaged photographs.
Restoration features: The photo restoration page describes repair for scratches, tears, fading, and water damage, plus black-and-white colorization.
Additional tools: Restory also offers AI image generation, portrait generation, photo animation, video generation, and image upscaling.
Formats: The FAQ lists JPG, PNG, WEBP, and GIF as supported image upload formats.
Free trial: The family-photo page says the free trial allows one photo restoration at no cost and requires no credit card.
Credits: Credit use depends on the selected tool, model, and settings, and unused recurring-plan credits reset each billing cycle.
API and integrations: Restory provides an Agent API and CLI and names OpenClaw, Hermes, Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, and Cursor as usable agents.
Security: The privacy policy says uploaded photos are automatically deleted from servers after processing unless users choose to save them to an account.
Data rights: The privacy policy says users may access, correct, or delete their personal information and request data portability.
Payments: Restory says payments are processed through Stripe and describes payment security as PCI DSS compliant.
Support: Starter includes email support, Pro includes priority email support, and ULTRA includes dedicated support.
Cancellation and refunds: The FAQ says users can cancel from their account, while refunds are generally not offered because generations consume paid compute resources.
Intended users: Restory describes its users as families preserving memories, creators producing content, and teams needing AI visuals without heavy editing software.
