Mobile app: The Ruby app lets customers update call handling, check messages and voicemails, track usage, and call or text using their Ruby-hosted business number.
Platforms: Ruby describes its app as optimized for iPhone and Android and also provides an online portal.
Healthcare privacy: Ruby offers HIPAA-compliant services; for those services, sensitive messages and call details are accessed through the Ruby app or online portal rather than email or text.
