The record

Product: DaaS provides remote computers through virtual desktops based on Omnissa Horizon VDI in Selectel’s VMware cloud.
Access: Users connect through a browser using Omnissa Horizon HTML Access or through the Omnissa Horizon Client.
Configurations: The service offers six fixed desktop configurations with 2–8 vCPU, 4–32 GB RAM, 200 GB SSD, and optional GPU.
Use cases: Selectel lists remote work, access to company servers, graphics workloads such as 3D modeling and CAD, and centralized data storage as use cases.
Setup: Selectel says customers can launch desktops in as little as five minutes through its control panel.
Integrations: DaaS can connect over a private network to Selectel cloud servers, databases, VMware cloud data centers, Direct Connect, and Global Connect.
Included maintenance: The listed price includes Horizon VDI, GPU licenses where applicable, physical-host monitoring, server and component replacement, software updates, and security patches.
Optional add-ons: Veeam backup and 1C licenses are listed as optional purchases.
