Scheduling: The shared calendar supports staff schedules, walk-ins, staff filters, and drag-to-reschedule.

Reports: Reports cover appointments, cancellations, no-shows, revenue, retention, and team performance, with CSV exports.
Integrations: Setora supports Stripe payments and says customer data can sync to Mailchimp.
Mobile apps: Owner and staff apps are available for iOS and Android to check the diary and add bookings from a phone.
Data export: Businesses can export customer contact details, marketing consent, booking totals, and last booking date as CSV.
Security: Setora says it encrypts data in transit with TLS 1.2+ and at rest with AES-256, and uses multifactor authentication for administrative access.
Privacy and compliance: Setora says it is registered with the ICO, does not sell personal data, and hosts its primary database in London, UK.
Support: Customers can contact Setora through live chat or email, and its Help Centre provides setup, operations, payment, and troubleshooting guides.
