STOOP

Purpose: STOOP is a combat-log analyzer for Throne & Liberty with party DPS scoring and a solo build-testing lab.
Party scoreboard: Each boss kill produces a shared ranked board with party members’ damage, contribution, DPS, hits, and crit and heavy rates.
Member analysis: Players can view a teammate’s per-skill breakdown and rotation timeline.
Comparison: The app compares two party members’ skills side by side, including damage, hits, crit, heavy, and deltas.
Overlay and awards: STOOP offers a transparent, click-through in-game overlay and automatically awards party trophies such as most damage and hardest hit.
Solo lab: The solo lab includes per-skill tables, rotation charts, and side-by-side build comparison.
Setup: Each party member must run the app, enable the game’s Combat Logging, and join the same party code or invite link.
Data handling: The app says it computes everything locally; the shared party scoreboard is the only data that leaves the device, and it is capped, auto-evicted, and never sold.
Game access: STOOP reads combat-log text files written by Throne & Liberty and says it does not read or write the game’s memory or process.
Privacy and licensing: The site says STOOP has no ads, tracking, or telemetry and is open source under the MIT license.
Party coverage limit: Only party members running STOOP appear on the scoreboard.
Signing status: The Windows build is not code-signed yet, so SmartScreen shows an unknown-publisher notice on first launch.
Availability: The site lists Windows 10/11 and says Mac and Linux are not currently supported.
