The record

Product: Systematicly is an AI-powered research platform for systematic reviews, primary research, ethics applications, and research proposals.
Research planning: Its AI analyzes research topics using PICO, PECO, or SPIDER frameworks and writes Boolean search strings for databases including PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, ERIC, and PsycINFO.
Screening and extraction: The platform supports title and abstract screening, and AI reads uploaded PDFs to extract structured fields.
Analysis: The platform offers 1,033 statistical functions, plain-English analysis, meta-analysis, forest plots, funnel plots, sensitivity analysis, and GRADE assessment.
Publishing: Publishing tools include AI-assisted manuscripts and proposals, PRISMA diagrams, journal recommendations, and reviewer response letters.
Review types: It lists eight review types: standard, scoping, rapid, qualitative, diagnostic, umbrella, realist, and mixed-methods.
Integrations and sources: The maker lists automatic PDF retrieval from PMC, Unpaywall, and EuropePMC, plus ClinicalTrials.gov auto-import and reference imports from RIS, BibTeX, CSV, PubMed XML, and NBIB.
Security: The security page says data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit, and user data is not used to train AI models.
AI data retention: The security page says Anthropic’s commercial API retains inputs and outputs for up to 30 days for trust and safety monitoring, and offers enterprise zero data retention arrangements.
Account protection: The maker says every account requires two-factor authentication at sign-up, with authenticator apps and email verification codes supported.
Data controls: Users can export account data as a JSON archive and request deletion of their account and associated data.
Support: The platform lists more than 304 in-app help articles and AI-powered Q&A; team and institutional offerings include support agreements.
Intended users: The maker describes the platform for graduate students, postdocs, independent researchers, research groups, university departments, government agencies, research institutes, and companies.
Usage limits: Explorer includes 3 active personal drafts, 1 lifetime feasibility preview, and 3 lifetime Evidence Answers; project packs and purchased credits do not reset on a calendar.
