Voilà AI Artist is an Android and iOS photo editing app for transforming selected pictures into cartoon, art, and portrait styles. AI effects include 3D cartoons, Renaissance paintings, caricatures, and anime-inspired looks. Voilà Cartoon Avatar offers more than 20 effects, including stickers, cartoon characters, Chibi, and plush wool. Portrait controls let users fine-tune color, brightness, and other settings, and creations can be saved or shared on social networks. The free plan is available, while optional Pro subscriptions remove watermarks and ads and provide turbo processing speed. Voilà AI Artist Pro Monthly is 5.99 USD per month; the yearly plan is 29.99 USD per year and includes a 3-day free trial. For editing, only photos selected by the user are uploaded, then destroyed after processing rather than stored in the cloud. The privacy policy says the app does not collect or store face data, including biometric data, though it may collect usage and device data. Results are for personal or editorial use, not commercial use.
