The record

What it does: WaiverKit lets businesses create, share, collect signatures on, and store digital waivers and consent forms.
Signing: Customers can sign on their own device through a QR code or link, without installing an app.
Evidence records: Signed records include a server timestamp, IP address, device details, document version hash, consent text, and a generated PDF.
Form creation: The platform offers a drag-and-drop form builder and an AI Composer that drafts forms from a prompt.
Search and exports: Users can search signed waivers by customer name or email and filter by template or status; PDF export is available on every plan and CSV export on Pro and Business.
Languages: The interface, signing page, and marketing site are available in 19 languages, and waiver text can be translated with machine assistance.
Integrations and processors: The site names Clerk for sign-in, Stripe for payments, and OpenAI for AI drafting or translation; it does not describe other integrations on these pages.
Storage and encryption: WaiverKit says signed records are stored in PostgreSQL in Germany and signature images and PDFs in Cloudflare R2 under EU jurisdiction, with encryption in transit and at rest.
Certifications: WaiverKit states that it has no SOC 2, ISO 27001, or HIPAA attestation.
Support: Email support is available on weekdays in Europe/Zurich time; the trust page says there is no phone line or 24/7 desk.
Who it serves: WaiverKit describes itself as built for businesses such as gyms, tattoo studios, adventure rentals, events, spas, and equipment rental operators.
Limits and plan access: The Free plan includes one template and 30 signed waivers per month, while QR kiosk mode starts on Starter and minor/guardian signing is on Pro and Business.
