WP Career Board is a self-hosted WordPress plugin for creating and operating a job board on a website. The public board offers live keyword search and filters for salary, location, and job type without reloading pages. Employers can post openings and manage listings and applicants from a front-end dashboard; candidates can apply, follow application progress, and save jobs. Employers can also publish company profiles showing their open roles. The free plan includes the public board, dashboards, job applications, company profiles, CSV export, and BuddyPress integration. Pro Personal adds a Kanban hiring pipeline, resume tools, WooCommerce monetization, AI-assisted job writing, and custom application fields. The plugin documents OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, and self-hosted Ollama as provider options, noting that Ollama keeps data on the user's server. It requires WordPress 6.9 or later and PHP 8.1 or later, and is distributed only through wbcomdesigns.com, not WordPress.org. Pro Personal costs 69.00 USD per year for one site; other annual and one-time licenses are listed.
