The record

Purpose: Xendly Mail offers free personal @xendly.email inboxes and paid business email on domains customers own.
Mail and calendar: The service includes webmail, a calendar with reminders, a shared address book, and mailbox aliases.
Mail client support: Mailboxes work with standard IMAP/SMTP clients including Apple Mail, Outlook, Thunderbird, and the Gmail app.
Domain setup: For connected domains, Xendly generates MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC DNS records, and says it handles reverse DNS.
Security: The security page says connections use TLS, sensitive credentials and signing keys are encrypted at rest with AES-GCM, and inbound mail is filtered for spam and malware.
Privacy: The privacy policy says message contents are stored on its servers but are not read, sold, or used for advertising; staff access is limited to operational or legal needs.
Video meetings: Xendly Meet supports meetings for up to 16 people, with screen sharing, live captions, breakout rooms, chat, reactions, raise-hand, and a lobby.
Meeting recording: The maker says meetings are not recorded or stored in the cloud; a host can record locally to their own computer with an indicator visible to participants.
Payments: Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in Rwandan francs through MTN MoMo or Airtel Money, with no card required.
Support: The contact page identifies [email protected] as the fastest way to get help with accounts, domains, or billing.
Usage limit: If a paid plan lapses, customers can continue receiving and reading mail, but sending pauses until the plan is active again.
Intended users: The maker presents free addresses for individuals and paid custom-domain email plans for businesses and teams, with RWF pricing and Mobile Money payment.
Self-hosting: Running the full Xendly Mail stack on a customer's own infrastructure is described as being on the roadmap.
