If you don’t like Dark Theme, you can choose Dynamic Them. This will cleverly cycle Desktop wallpaper through 16 different images as the day progresses. The scenes reflect your computer’s current time.
The feature is designed to organize all your files into clearly visible little piles on your desktop, getting rid of unwanted trash material. To scrub through a stack, use two fingers on a trackpad or one finger on a Multi-Touch mouse.
Apart from Stacks, Dark Mode and Dynamic Desktop you get a more fully functional Finder.
