The record

What it does: CoreGateway Virtual Terminal is a browser-based terminal for keyed-in card and ACH payments without hardware, for phone orders, mail orders, and other card-not-present sales.
Payment types: The terminal accepts credit card, debit card, and bank transfer payments from one screen.
Device access: The dashboard works in a browser on a laptop, tablet, or phone, with no app to install or terminal to plug in.
Receipts and reporting: Receipts can be sent by email or text in real time, and transactions appear immediately in the dashboard with reporting.
Customer vault: Users can tokenize and save a card or bank account to the customer vault for reuse on later charges.
Fees and recurring billing: The terminal supports account-level surcharging or flat convenience fees and can apply a charge to an open invoice or start a recurring schedule.
User permissions: Customizable roles can restrict access to charging, refunding, voiding, customer vault access, and reporting, and employee activity is logged to each user's account.
Security and compliance: CoreCommerce states CoreGateway is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified and says its interface keeps card data out of the merchant's system, typically leaving the business at SAQ A scope.
