Purpose: Havyn is a child check-in app for worship centers, schools, daycares, and camps.
Check-in: Children check in with a single-use code, and parents are notified when check-in happens.
Authorized pickup: Only a parent, guardian, or adult specifically approved by a parent can collect a child.
Delegated pickup: A delegated pickup is temporary and single-use, and can be authorized with a code and private PIN or approved live in the app.
Organization tools: Organizations get a live roster with allergy flags and can search by child, family, or parent.
Overdue alerts: If a child is still checked in after a session closes, Havyn alerts the organization and parent and repeats reminders until pickup.
Multiple locations: Organizations can run multiple locations, each with its own sessions and check-in.
Privacy: Havyn says it shares child information only with family guardians and the organization the child is checked in with.
PIN security: Havyn says delegated pickup PINs are stored only as a secured, hashed version, and the plain PIN is shown once when created.
Advertising: Havyn says it does not share user data with advertisers.
App availability: Havyn runs in a browser; its page says native App Store and Google Play apps are coming soon.
Support: Havyn lists [email protected] and +234 912 564 3404 as contact options.
Maker: Havyn is a product of Alpha Global Tech and Consulting.
