HCOMS Property Management System

Purpose: HCOMS describes the product as a multi-site property platform for portfolios that have outgrown spreadsheets, with tenancies, inspections, repairs and compliance in one place.
Tenancy management: It tracks tenancy from advert and allocation through agreement, rent, reviews and exit, with automatic renewal reminders and finance statement export.
Compliance: The product tracks eight compliance cycles, including gas, electrical, asbestos, fire, legionella and EPC, with escalation and dashboard reminders.
Repairs: Tenants can report jobs through a portal, email or phone; staff can triage and assign them to contractors, record photos and sign-off, and report against SLAs.
Resident self-service: A branded resident app lets occupants report repairs with photos, flag emergencies, track status and search a help centre based on the landlord’s guidelines.
Contractor workflow: Contractors can accept or decline jobs, schedule work and post live on-site status from a phone, while certificates and invoices flow back to the office.
Automation and finance: No-code workflows can acknowledge requests, chase delayed work and raise planned-maintenance orders; purchase orders can go to the finance system for approval and budget reconciliation.
Integrations: The product page describes a live link to the customer’s finance system and ArcGIS overlay support for portfolio maps; it does not name a specific finance product.
Security and audit: HCOMS says the platform is role-aware and audit-trailed throughout.
Hosting and support: HCOMS describes the product as UK-hosted and UK-supported.
Audience: HCOMS identifies housing associations, diocesan portfolios, charities and multi-academy trusts as examples of organisations the product is intended to serve.
Availability and pricing: The product page invites visitors to arrange a demo and does not state a product price, free plan or free trial.
Company and history: HCOMS says it was founded in 2001, and its history says its first dedicated diocesan property platform went live in 2015.
Purpose: HCOMS describes the product as a multi-site property platform for portfolios that have outgrown spreadsheets, bringing tenancies, inspections, repairs and compliance cycles together.
