The record

Purpose: PanConnect provides digital housing solutions for housing providers to help staff work efficiently and connect with residents.
Resident engagement: Its app and portal provide a direct communication channel and a central place for residents to access information and services.
Arrears management: Arrears Manager supports analysis and prioritisation of rents and arrears, including sub-accounts and former tenant accounts.
Payment plans: Staff can use payment behaviour and resident income patterns to arrange payment plans.
Case management: Case Manager gives staff a real-time priority list, related data and documents, digital forms, and housing-specific workflows with mandatory fields.
Offline use: Staff can continue working on cases without an internet connection, with updates sent to the back-office system when connectivity returns.
Dashboards: Performance dashboards use data from multiple back-office systems, and customers are involved in creating reports for their requirements.
Integrations: PanConnect pulls data from key systems and writes information back; it uses system-specific APIs where possible and works with system providers on alternatives when needed.
Product scope: PanConnect is described as a layer that enhances core back-office systems rather than a housing management system.
Mobile apps: The customer apps are distributed through app stores and can be customised with a housing association’s logo and colour palette.

Support: Housing Insight says it provides customer support and describes its support as part of its customer offering.
Audience: Housing Insight says its software supports housing providers across the UK and is designed for social housing operations.
Maker: Housing Insight Limited is based at South Cambridge Business Park in Sawston, Cambridge, and says it has provided social housing software solutions since 2016.
