Membership: Membership tools manage multiple contact details and generate mail merges, mailing labels, barcodes, and reports.
Attendance and check-in: The Attendance module tracks attendance, events, absences, and enrollees, while check-in can print child name tags with unique barcodes.
Contributions: The Contributions module creates IRS-compliant giving statements and supports unlimited contributor and offering categories.

Integrations: The product supports payroll integration with Paycor and online giving imports through Vanco.
Security: Users can have access restricted by module or by specific function within a module.
Backups and updates: A support subscription includes backups to CTS servers and access to software updates, including security patches as released.

Platform requirements: The FAQ recommends Windows 10 or 11 and lists an internet connection among the system requirements.
Network use: The software can be networked out of the box, and licenses include unlimited use within the same church.
Support: A support contract includes unlimited phone and email support, and without one CTS charges $65 per issue resolved.
Notable limit: The Finance module can record income from a day school or daycare, but the software cannot track tuition payments for individual students.
