The record

Purpose: StayProof helps property hosts, landlords, cleaners, co-hosts, and managers create photo-backed property inspection reports.
Checklists: Inspections use checklist items with Pass, Issue, and N/A states, plus notes and evidence attached to relevant items.
Templates: Ready-made templates cover cleaning, turnover, damage, move-in, move-out, and maintenance checks, and users can create reusable custom templates.
Photo evidence: Users can attach timestamped photos and captions to checklist items.
PDF reports: Completed inspections can be exported as PDF reports with report details, issue summaries, and photos.
Local storage: Property details, notes, photos, captions, and reports are stored on the device in version 1 and leave it only when shared or exported.
Accounts and cloud: Version 1 does not require an account or login and does not provide cloud sync.
Analytics: The app may use limited anonymous analytics, while excluding inspection content such as property names, notes, photos, and PDF contents.
Security: The maker says local app data is protected by the device operating system and that service-provider communications use secure network connections where supported.
Payments: Optional subscriptions are handled through Google Play or the relevant app store, and RevenueCat manages subscription entitlements.
Integrations: The privacy policy names Google Play, RevenueCat, and PostHog as service providers; the app can share reports through the device’s native sharing options.
Support: StayProof provides support, feedback, and general-question contact by email and asks users to include device model, Android version, app version, and a short issue description.
Availability: The Android app is available on Google Play, while the iOS version is described as coming soon.
Limits: StayProof is not a full property CRM, team collaboration product, cloud dashboard, legal claims service, or damage assessment authority in version 1.
