Overview

wehave connects sponsorship administration, partner hospitality and business ticketing rather than treating them as separate systems. Teams can manage sponsor inventory, packages, contracts, rights and deliverables, then link those commitments to invitations, guest lists and ticket allocation. Clubs may connect an existing ticketing platform or use wehave's own option.

That joined-up model is valuable when partnership managers must prove what was promised, who attended and what an activation produced. It is less compelling for an organisation that needs only event ticketing or a simple contact database.

Key features

Sponsorship operations

The sponsorship CRM includes live inventory, package management, a sponsor pipeline, contract management, rights and deliverable tracking, invoicing and automated sponsor reporting. In practice, this gives a partnership team a continuous record from available assets and sales opportunity through contractual obligation and delivery. It should reduce hand-offs between commercial and operations staff, particularly where many partners have different rights packages.

Hospitality and partner self-service

Teams can manage partner invitations, guest lists, dietary requirements and digital matchday check-in. Each partner receives a self-service portal to view its contracted allocation and enter or change guest names before the club's cutoff. That shifts routine list maintenance to sponsors while retaining a deadline for the host organisation to prepare the event.

Ticketing, reporting and data

wehave can sit alongside an existing ticketing system or provide its own ticketing. After events and seasons, it generates branded match, activation and post-season reports from platform data. Privacy-safe matching of club fan data with partner customer data is intended to show fan conversion, revenue impact and customer lifetime value, giving commercial teams a basis for evaluating more than attendance alone.

Integrations, AI and controls

Named integrations include itsme, WeezEvent, Bundeling, Mollie, Exact Online, Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce and Teamleader. Coach Vic is the platform's AI layer: it answers questions, advises on commercial setup and executes tasks, with access through WhatsApp as well. Hospitality data is scoped to each workspace, with access controls and audit logging described for the feature. Teams with specific GDPR or data-processing requirements should resolve those questions directly with wehave before rollout.

Pricing

Free

The Free plan costs 0.00 EUR and covers the first 300 guests per season, with no credit card required. It is a sensible way for a small club or a team evaluating the workflow to start, but the seasonal guest cap makes it unsuitable for a busy hospitality programme.

Pay per guest

Pay per guest costs 750.00 EUR per month, billed annually, with a €750/month minimum. The first 300 guests per season remain free; hospitality covers start at €2.50 per guest and B2B tickets at €1.10 per ticket, with rates falling as volume rises. This structure can work for organisations with recurring partner activity and enough volume to justify a dedicated commercial platform. The annual billing and minimum make it a poor fit for occasional events, small operations or buyers who require month-to-month commitment.

wehave advertises a free trial and says users can start without a credit card, but no trial duration is given. The published plans do not state seat limits.

Platforms

wehave is available on the web. That suits teams working from office and event operations environments, while organisations requiring a native mobile platform should check whether their existing ticketing or check-in setup fills that role.

Who it's for

The clearest audience is a professional club, federation or event organiser with dedicated commercial, partnership and hospitality managers. It is particularly well matched to organisations selling sponsorship packages that include guest allocations and needing branded performance reports after matches or a season. A small club with fewer than 300 seasonal guests can test the free plan; a buyer seeking only ticket sales, basic CRM or a short-term event tool should look for a narrower product.

Pros and cons

Pros

One commercial workflow: sponsorship rights, deliverables, hospitality and B2B tickets can be coordinated in one system.
Partner self-service: sponsors can manage guest names against their allocation before the club's cutoff, reducing administrative exchanges.
Evidence for renewals: branded match, activation and post-season reporting, plus privacy-safe data matching, supports performance discussions.
Broad connectivity: integrations span identity, payments, accounting, CRMs and club platforms.

Cons

Annual commitment: the €750.00 monthly minimum is substantial for smaller or irregular programmes.
Free-plan ceiling: 300 guests per season is quickly restrictive for larger hospitality operations.
Web-only access: teams wanting a native mobile app are not served directly by the listed platform.
Trial uncertainty: the trial is advertised without a published duration, making evaluation planning less predictable.

Verdict

Choose wehave when a professional club, league or federation needs sponsorship commitments, partner hospitality and B2B ticketing connected to reporting and partner self-service. Its main advantage is the breadth of the shared workflow. Look elsewhere if 300 free seasonal guests is enough only temporarily, if the €750.00 monthly minimum and annual billing do not fit your budget, or if you need a native mobile product or a narrower ticketing tool.
