Fourwaves
Fourwaves is a conference management platform for academic and scientific events, covering abstracts, peer review, registration, event websites, programs and conference apps. Submission forms support calls for papers and abstracts, and organizers can export abstract books with an author index. Review workflows offer single- and double-blind review, conflict detection and custom scoring grids. Its iOS and Android app provides the event program, personal agenda, participant list and presentation materials, and works offline. Fourwaves also supports session tracks, room scheduling and speaker management. The API uses organization-specific keys and provides endpoints for event, registration, form, submission and session data. Starter is free and allows 25 abstract submissions per year; Essential costs $999 USD per year with a 100-submission cap. Advanced costs $2,599 USD per year with a 300-submission cap. Those plans list a 3% service fee. When a yearly submission limit is reached, new submissions pause until an upgrade, while existing submissions, registrations and event websites remain accessible.
